Stanley, Manitoba, Canada | We have a Baumalight ISR512 on our telehandler. I wouldn't want one without the ability to pivot the shear vertical. It lets you tackle branches coming out at odd angles much easier. In large trees it is possible to get the blade stuck in the tree which is a bit of a nuisance, but those are generally larger than you should be trying to cut anyway.
