He have had 2 40' MacDons over the last 7 or 8 years. Only time we have an issue is if we ever go at beans rows at a 90 degree angle instead of at a slight angle or with the rows. A few guys run double drives but they are growing double crop beans so there is a lot of material to cut. Double drive equals double the parts. We spray fungicide so we run into green stems a lot and the only issue we have is the one I mentioned.
