NW MN
Northern half of MN is behind as well, and what everyone is saying is true. In addition to being planted late, from about April 15th to July 4th, there might've been three days above 80, with most being 68 to 72 for highs and lows were often in the 40s. We didnt get the heavy rains, but it didnt dry out in time with cold temps. You can look on NDAWN weather stations if you want to verify.

If the wheat can withstand all the moisture, should be a monster crop, not corn or beans though.
