My wife's office building put locks on the restrooms during Covid...one of our horse's a** governor's edicts...Probably also due to the sketchy/ homeless/druggie bunch that was hanging out in the wash that runs by the building. The cops & city finally cleaned that mess up, cut all the brush out... actually found a decomposed body, which didn't really surprise anybody
