The public toilet has a horrific life. Most people just need to go, but the handful that are code reds are usually done on a public toilet since there is no way that gas station Sushi that was ate 6 hours ago is not going to wait patiently until they get home, and after they somehow get poop on the ceiling, they leave it since "it's not their problem".
