no longer want to chase and arrest thieves, it's easier to just increase the price and make the honest people pay for it.
again just charge the honest people more and move on.

Honestly had to do a doubletake. By abbreviating your initial response it sounds eerily similar to gun control.
The hardened criminals and others who pay no mind to any laws are not hardly impacted. But it's those of us who are mindful and respectful of law that appear to pay in one form or another for these new laws that are said to stop the so called bad guys. |
