I am not too big a fan of his. He used to start by saying he was working on his graduate degree but never said what the degree was in. Now he seems to have decided to give you a taste of his expertise and you can buy more. I can find enough self-styled utube gurus still willing to impart their wisdom for free. For every guru you can find who says "X", I can find one who says "Not X". We probably need luck to choose the correct guru to participate in the 'randomized human control trial' called life.
I had another video ready for you but it was by a doctor who is all in on organic food. If he is like my niece, his diet may be organic, but his lawn isn't.
