I am on the peanut oil as being decent.It exists with out chemical extraction.It is NOT a seed oil.There is the fear of toxins from the mold of the old days,Aflotoxins.I do believe this is way less of a risk in modern testing times.If peanut butter is decent for you,,then why would peanut oil be bad?I assume we are not talking deep frying every waking meal ,this is the main issue I seem to gather from the USA diet,way too much cheap fast food fried in overheated cheap oils..at least it is not China and gutter oil,,there are youtube vides of skimming sewers of the fat and rendering it down to re use,,,yummy..do they live less long?Curiously maybe not,,,just enter gutter oil china,,,
