Subject: Put some pressure.

The broadband company is using it as a threat/leverage (they want an underground easement for free and I said no). Should I talk to the owner of the poles, the electric company?

Going through the broadband stuff here, now. Most has been underground. They have to stay a couple feet below the utility. Its not the utility company's fault to put taller poles. We go this frequently with sugarcane, taller harvest equipment and tall loaded trucks.

On a local gravel road they did go overhead. Couldn't pass with 4720 sprayer without the booms hitting. It was "on the ground the next morning" and swiftly bored and went under. Looked like someone cut it with a Milwaukee grinder fully charged battery and a new cutoff wheel, while standing on a truck bedside.

Honestly, the ball is in your court. Likely the original right of way DID NOT have them as an inclusion. It is their problem. Get with your public service commission, even through they do not regulate broadband, that is FCC. Tell them it will be pulled down. Don't even bother putting it up. Get it bored. Put some pressure. They'll adjust. Its their business.
