| I would have called the utility ( owner of poles) yesterday. There are legal minimum heights that have to be maintained. They can't deny access to your property. If uti.ity company is no help my next call would be to my attorney & as soon as I finished talking to him I'd call my state' Public Utilities Commission. If they want to ury the line make them put it in the county ditch. A few years ago a fiber optic company buried a line in this area. They put it in the farmers field, my ground wasn't involved. They convinced everybody they had the right to bury it in their fields along the ditch. Everybody complied except a good friend. They buried in the county ditch right away when they came to his fields. | |
