Around here you’re not liable for tearing down wires that are less than 16’ high. Just be careful when you bring them down because if a pole snaps and the electric lines come down too, there’s the electrocution hazard as well as the fire hazard in a corn field ready for harvest. Fortunately fire moves relatively slow in corn stalks. BTDT.
