It kinda sounds like the park brake system isn’t holding a good seal and leaked off during transport. I’m not sure where the serial number breaks are but some magnums had a plastic tube in there that cracks. But get some gauges on it and see if holds 300 psi. The tube can be replaced without splitting the tractor.
