Nothing cooks totally sterile in the sunlight.
Mold spores survive the temp and thrive on a moist host and warmth. Bacteria likes warm unsterile hosts too
I'll pass on the sun cooked tea.
Sun tea, >>reminds me of drinking water out of the wooden livestock water tank in the heat of summertime....
