Lost bushels compared to what starting metric. For a staring average if everything went perfect in the state of 215 for IA or a 205 MN state average yes. If starting at 200 in IA and 185 in MN then the lost bushels come down fast. Cant start at average and then subtract from that because no year is remotely perfect.
