Williamsport IN | Have a anova it works great just don’t use it much. Seems like an extra step with steaks that is really not necessary, on the grill to medium rare pretty simple.
I do like it for pork chops and chicken breasts which are easy for me to get over done. Also use it more in the winter and just pan sear in the house.
Also like it at thanksgiving, use a recipe for mashed potatoes cook them the night before in a bag then reheat them day of in the anova, saves time and stove top space. | |
