This Dr Richard Johnson has done quite a bit of research on fructose and also talks about allulose in this presentation. Does he get it all right? I don't think so because in another video I watched of him he is a believer in anthropogenic global warming. I guess nobody is perfect. He has some interesting things to say about and some research that is interesting about fructose and also non nutritive sweeteners.
