Get it if you can and have good inside space to put it in. Since it's not all original maybe you can repaint it and find the rims that matched your first one.
I had a nice looking yellow and black 71 5 or 6 years ago for a while. Lack of inside space and rust issues in the rear frame rails convinced me to send it down the road.
