| I’ve had rye on bean and corn stubble going to corn and beans the following year. Never had good luck with planting corn into it, maybe it’s just ground or the year but I probably won’t do it again. Always had very good luck with planting beans into a cover, usually only have to spray one pass on those. I would say my biggest yield limiting factor with the covers is getting them killed timely and if it’s a abnormal dry year stealing moisture from the cash crop.
