Kettle Moraine, WI
Speculation on my part about row units is staying with something interchangable and known. Easier to break into a market with a planter bar, but stay with a known commodity and part availability of the row unit putting the seed in the ground. Dipping your toe in the water versus going all in. Keeping familiarity to a customer is important marketing. Not having to worry about parts becoming never available is another customer concern.
