Last sentence almost says this, but maybe not. What market share would Deere have for that size tractor in that time frame? Over 50%, 70%? It seems to me if it wasn't Deere green, it was Steiger green or versatile red and yellow.
Kinze made his bones in the repowering business with 5010/20s. Those by far out numbered the competition. And the demand for the repowers dropped after JD introduced the 6030. |
