Northern Nebraska | So it's not the seeds or the oil that folks are having misgivings over? It's the solvent stripping process they claim speeds up the rancidity.
Why not protest the crushers and complain about that instead of blaming the seed oil itself?
Rendered tallow and lard can and do oxidize and go rancid. Why if the qualms are over rancid fat don't they just talk about that. Oxidents in food being a PROBLEM? | |
