Just my opinion, but I agree. Just like white flour vs whole wheat kernels.

My current philosophy for personal food consumption is that if food has an ingredient that I can't make in my own kitchen, I won't eat it. Outside of some steak, a select few dairy products, and bulk popcorn, there is nothing that I can buy in the grocery store.

I personally wouldn't buy the linked sunflower seeds as they have been doctored up with flavor enhancing additives. But if you could get some sunflower seeds that were just salted and peppered without the additives, I would be all for them.
