Northern Indiana | That’s why I talk to me neighbors. I know the traits for all the soybeans bordering any of my fields for that exact reason. I like to make sure there aren’t weeds in “no man’s land” which is the first 10 feet of each field in my experience so I check to see what I can use. Figure it builds a little goodwill to call or drop in and ask. On the flip side I’ve got a neighbor on a few farms that absolutely torched 4 rows of my corn in each field. Called him and said I don’t mind the corn dying but I don’t want weeds all year where my corn would’ve been. | |
