I drove on #4 from MN. down to the auction in Pocahontas, and WTH.. their trying to bond the 20' slabs together. cutting out 3 narrow sections on each wheel lane then bonding Re-bar into them then special cement. that sticks up above the surface 3/4", I sure hope they plan on an overlay... I found a longer route home..
