Floyd County, Iowa | Not his own property. I can't figure out where some people here get the idea that they can just go where they want and do what they want. That would be criminal trespassing. It's private property, and if the landowner hasn't done anything to impede the flow /direction, the only thing to do is to talk to him and come to an agreement. It looks to me that there would be some options, but the "upstreamers" would have to pony up with their checkbooks.
You can't just bull your way through life, just because you're a farmer and the owner is an absentee landowner. Jeez.......... | |
