If your centrifugal pump is hydraulic drive why the low rpm? If it is getting air it means the tank is empty or you have other issues. A diaphragm pump can pump a lot but you pay for it. On our orchard sprayer we can put out over 200 gpa when need to cover the trees. Pump isn't cheap though.
