That’s a shim. I would grease it well and run it! As long as it’ll engage and disengage the clutch, you’re good to go. Minimize the time spent with feederhouse switch off until you can pop the clutch off and reshim it to proper clearance. Measure clearances before you take it loose so you know how much thickness in shims to add behind the sheave and between sheave and magnet hub. Usually have to do it by trial and error, but you can measure it ahead of time.
