That is probably right. Those sensor are low voltage, as the modules are looking for a "in range" reading.
You running the VRD circuit from an outlet, or power beyond??
I've had the 8320R, for some strange reason, loose the outlet settings, and go from being set constant, to zero time. So you click it, think you have flow, but only while you have your finger on it.
