Hi. Has anyone ever changed out the pump on their sprayer to a diaphragm pump? I'm not too well versed on a centrifugal pump but it does seem to be limited in it's ability to pump at low RPMS and it doesn't handle air well. Diaphragm pumps do both well. I know they cost a bit. Has anyone ever done the swap?

We also have a homemade sprayer with diaphragm pump with a relief valve on it's drive motor oil supply. We can set the relief to whatever we want and it will maintain pressure no matter how slow it's going or how little it's going. It can pump air if it gets some in the line. We love it. Now I have this Rogator and I'd like to try swapping the pump out.

I think you will be way shirt on volume the pump on the 854 rogstor is 180 gallon at 100 psi
