From what I have heard when Burger King bought Tim Hortons they gave up the rights to Tim’s coffee blend and McDonalds bought it. That is why McDonalds coffee is now so good. It is actually the old Tim Hortons coffee.
If that really is true, I would like to know the thought process for why a company would buy a coffee company chain and then ditch the coffee that it was known for.
