N.E. OHIO | it is a rental house that i own. the excavtor is a good friend of mine, his dad is my next door neighbor, very honest. i think the inspectors concern is that the level is below the baffle outlet to the leech tank and after i added water to the tank, it seemed to leak down below there again. the inspector is local guy, also a good guy. the excavator said about all he could do is dig down alongside the tank and hope he can find and fix any leaks
