NW MN | Just to clarify the RV park he stays at offers WiFi but inside his RV he can’t get signal but outside he can?

Basically a router mounted on the outside of the vehicle that can rebroadcast inside. A router mounted next to a window might accomplish the same thing. Learning to setup might be a challenge but I’m also guessing there might be someone local that can help because i doubt he’s the only one with the issue
Or he wants a internet provider regardless where he’s parked?
If he wants a sevice anywhere he goes and pays for I would look at Starlink. They have a mobile product.
