WC MN | 2-4" prediction early this week. Lot of freshly planted beans, some replants. Some replanted corn and even first time planted
All the replants will be a waste of we even get 2". Corn is more of a place holder but that'll be shot too. Been a crazy year, guys were planting wheat in mid March, actually I think a small patch went in end of February. Now 3 months later guys are still trying to finish. For awhile it looked like the area could be done with damn near everything by May 1. Some planted corn mid April. Some did what seemed like the right thing and waited until it warmed up more the first part of May. This year that turned out to be a mistake. It's always a gamble. | |
