The biggest problem guys buy an agribib cause they want a Michelin . Well an agribib is there "econo" line. If u want a good tire u need a multibib or axiobib.

Where did you read this nonsense?

Yeah, I'm going to disagree as well. The Agribib was the premium tire, and for a long time, the only row crop tire Michelin offered. Now, today, there may be "better" options Michelin offers than the Agribib, or Agribib2, but they still have their place and purpose.

We run a lot of MegaXbib's on combines and have never failed one, and run Axiobibs, Omnibib, Multibib, and Agribib's on Versatile 4wd's and again, have never failed a sidewall. I think every single Versatile we have some since 2002 we have ordered with Michelin tires, and I know for certain we have specified Michelins on every AGCO product we have ordered since they made it their preferred vendor in 2003-2004, though they haven't always been able to provide them.

Around here, when ordering new we prefer Michelin, Trelleborg, BKT, Firestone...in that order. When replacing something on the lot, we will typically go BKT as they are a nice balance of performance vs price. Firestone depends on the day whether they are priced almost as high as Michelin and Trelleborg, or closer to BKT.
