Been down this road. In the end they will go after anything that touches it, and it’s YOUR job to wiggle your way out. No matter how clever you think you are neither legal team will care. I would have no less than 5 million liability with a truck on the road daily. This is becoming a huge issue. Have a neighbor whom just got notice after 25 years with Nationwide they are not renewing his truck insurance, everything else they renewed, but no interest in trucks. I tried 2 years ago to increase my liability coverage, no company would do it. Tell your agent you want 5 million and report back your findings please. Easier said than done. |
