NW KS | I think the error message could be mean more than just a power issue. The disconnected part of the error makes me think that it could be a can-bus issue to. There are six wires going to the sam 200 steering motor. If i recall correctly 4 are con bus 2 are power(one hot, one ground). I would be checking the jumper from the navII to ez-pilot harness along with power.
You have to be really through on checking power if the issue is intermittent. I have had a bad battery terminal connection move just enough to cause power issues with other Trimble products. There is also a power relay on the ez-pilot harness the could be your issue.
