Our attorneys say anyone with a hands on connection to the truck can be sued. Mechanics..etc. and if I were to do an llc on my trucks I would need documentation that I personally had nothing to do with the truck. Like driving, fixing, fueling..etc. Would need pristine records backed up by receipts that prove I had nothing to do with the trucks. So they say. | |
