Purchased an Apple tablet for the wife and we are having a terrible time getting an Apple ID and tried Apple Help but didn't work and I think we need to go back to factory settings and start over but we have no other Apple product and was hoping someone could help me just reset ? We have tried neighbors and friends already with no luck. thanks in advance.
