SW MN | What caught my eye was the median income in 24 years went up $7715 (or $321.46 annually and 24%) while the cost of a house is up 250%, tuition is up 248%, healthcare 275%, and new automobiles up 230%.
No wonder why people feel poor. Wages haven't kept pace even remotely close to the cost of everyday items. At what point does demand run out because people frankly cannot afford anything? I guess it's why we see loan terms stretched out now on vehicles up 7 to 8 years. | |
