its an exp100 like neo posted above. that will accommodate a digifarm fmx beacon. it worked exactly as it did on the cfx 750 and the fmx i had it plugged into previously.
when you say cable you use on the fmx, are you referring to a digifarm adaptor cable or a modem cable? the exp100 port expander cable is the same deutsch used on all the trimble displays.
