SESD
Jon, I am having the same trouble with my 7610/741. Just put the loader on and have the fronts on 80" i think. I have the turning stops backed off all the way right now. The fenders are close, but hit the last inch. My next project with it is trying to figure out how to convert the fenders to a turnable fender. I don't care for deere's design, it's too stiff imo especially in the winter(we have them on a 7820 w/out loader). I did see one on a mccormick i think at the farm show last month that was spring loaded. Would work great. It moved easy, but had enough pressure to hold in normal position. I also looked at caseih design and they would work, but it would be 1K just for the spring assembly(OUCH). I will do a little more checking around for the one I saw and see if it would work to fabricate it or not. If I have any luck I will post pics and give a little info on how it went.
