Subject: Geringhoff Truflex Razor vs Macdon FD2?

West Central WI
Thinking about upgrading heads. Currently running a 3020 with a crary air reel. It's been a good head and has worked well. Honestly, a good well set flex head with an air reel will cut with any draper head. At this point, only reason a draper is being considered is because I'm going to go from 30ft to 35ft.

I really like the idea behind the Truflex Razer with the cutterbar flex as well as wing flex. Triple reel on a 35 ft is an advantage I feel over the FD35 Macdon. Macdon we have a good dealer close by. Geringhoff the dealer is close as well but don't know how the parts availability is going to be, if we even need any. The Geringhoff is 900 lbs heavier than the macdon. Pretty much just as heavy as our 4412F. Going to be a lot heavier than the 3020 30ft we have now.

Anybody on here ran both heads? What do you like with the one over the other.

Thanks
Caleb
