WC MN | Bissell commercial you show is push power the battery version is about twice as much and worth it. Started out with a Karcher push power, joke, picked up dry floor dry but not corn kernals. Bissell battery unit picks up corn, rocks, wet floor dri, dirt that falls off implements, etc. Go to ACME tool website, if they don't have it its probably junk and not worth buying in regards to contractor tools. Unfortunately you have to sweep floor clean before you can use a power scrubber so the spend continues. Bissell is actually rebranded German unit. Have to train yourself to go for power sweeper versus reaching for a broom.
