Don't know where you are located, but track-scratchers on drills used to be common in the Palouse Hills in the PNW before air seeders and no-till drills showed up. Ed-Ka mfg in Garfield WA made a lot of them. Sometime the track-scratchers were mounted on the tractors 3 pt hitch and bridged over the drawbar and drill hitch.
