E ND | I think if you break anything with it stuck closed it's going to be the handle/rod or where the rod itself is attached to the top of the gate, probably not the valve itself. I don't think you can get lube anywhere that matters on those from the outside, it's the valve itself where it seals down in the body that's tight not the handle.
Put a little more pressure on it and get back to us! | |
