Central Kansas

I should clarify that there are plenty of "things to do" it's just having some sort of system to say you have to be  working on say one of the projects on the list for x amount of time instead of "screen time".  It seems there should be a minimum for sort of a base pay.  Organized fieldwork hours or something would be extra hours.  I didn't want to make it complicated but I'm brainstorming for ideas.  It would probably be good for them to get a job with someone else at some point (I've heard that is a good thing to do).  I do need the help around here though....  I appreciate all the ideas.  We do have livestock.  Cattle are in a pasture for summer 30 miles from home.
My thinking with the base pay or allowance, if you will, is motivation for the everyday things that need to be done.

I figured someone else has done something like this..
