I'm going to assume this is something you're putting in the starter on the planter or some sort of seed treatment, if so the absolute easiest way to do this is to change the variety. Such as variety A untreated, variety A Treated. that way it will also work with variety locator in the yield monitor. The second way is to change the application product name. This requires a few more steps in the monitor because after you plant the first untreated part and switch to the treated part you will have to load a reference map, so the swath control works for the starter. If this doesn't have anything to do with the planter and you're talking about spraying something on later then you will just have to make a new product and then load the reference map of the product previously sprayed.

Edit to add should have read down further. Since it's with the sprayer you will just have to make a different product. There is a region tab that you could also change to mark the 2 different treatments, but I don't use that feature so not sure how that comes into SMS.
