I have had good luck reflashing the last X30 firmware update and the problems seem to go away for a while. I keep a USB with it prepared in my truck so I can do a rescue as needed. But unfortunately the X30 is an old unit now. There has been no service or support for quite a few years. We have 3 of them we are limping along so I know your struggles.
