Depression (brain condition) makes situations SEEM unresolvable. That is never true, all situations are resolvable in some manner (im a guy who suffers from depression). Death is not a resolution to a problem! Talk to somebody you trust, they can help you see things you cant (and you need to believe them, even if your brain is telling you something else).

Also, it isnt big in medical circles, but get your nutrition right, it can Significantly impact depression. Seriously, eat a can of green beans, and give it 48 hours, resolutions may be more easy to see.
