I agree, that should last ten years easy if it's no worse than the pics. If you want to extend it, go along the frame and smack the flanges together every inch or two with two lump hammers, then take a pressure washer with a turbo or straight nozzle and blast whatever you can out of there, then smear it full of fluid film after it dries.
